Much harder than I anticipated! My original game board plan called for one cutout board and a metal support built out of aluminum foil.
But lasercutting the chipboard warped it, making the center unstable and unable to hold close to the frame. Also it looked sloppy to begin with. So I made a second cutout, and covered that in foil instead.
